As a Quantum Hypnosis Practitioner and Level 2 QHHT® practitioner, I'm certified in both Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) and The Soul Journeys® (TSJ®). Intentional Conversation: We discuss your goals, questions, and areas of focus to set the session’s intention. Intention is what you want focus on or wish to explore in a session.
Guided Hypnosis: You are gently led into a deeply relaxed, fully conscious state. Hypnosis is not sleep—you remain aware and in control.
Inner Exploration: Your Higher Self directs the session, revealing insights, past-life experiences, or guidance relevant to your life.
Insight, Healing & Alignment: Emotional, energetic, or physical patterns may be addressed in ways your inner guidance allows.
Integration & Closing: We ground, review, and discuss ways to integrate your insights. A recording of your session is provided for reflection and continued guidance.
Trust, Surrender, Allow: Every soul moves at its own pace, and each journey is unique. What resonates for one person may not for another, which is why every quantum hypnosis session unfolds differently. As a practitioner, I cannot predict exactly what your Higher Self or guidance team will reveal—but over time, I’ve learned to trust the process. Nothing can be forced; each insight happens in its own timing and in alignment with your highest good. The more open and relaxed you are, the more profound and transformative your experience can be. To fully connect with your inner guidance, please arrive clear and present, free from alcohol, recreational drugs, or chemical relaxants. Hypnosis works best when your mind and body are grounded. Medications prescribed by your doctor are generally fine.
It’s natural to feel a little nervous before your session. To help you settle, take a few deep breaths, notice any tension in your body, and breathe gently into those areas until they soften. Practicing guided visualization meditations and consciousness expanding techniques & meditations leading up to your session can greatly support your journey.
Quantum hypnosis is not sleep. You will remain fully aware and conscious, yet deeply relaxed. To optimize your experience, arrive well-rested and able to focus. Light meditation, a calming walk, or gentle music before your session can help prepare your mind.
Water is a powerful carrier of energy, which we work with during your session. Please drink plenty beforehand. Using the restroom during the session will not interrupt the flow; each return to the trance can deepen your experience. A light snack before we start the hypnosis portion of your session and then directly afterward is recommended for grounding. For in person sessions, there is a refrigerator on site for any food items needing to stay cool throughout our time together.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Socks are recommended if that helps you feel cozy. Apply makeup lightly, if at all, as tears are natural and common. Please avoid strong perfumes, scented oils, or heavily fragranced products. If you have a special small blanket, or pillow you want to bring along for coziness feel free to bring it. Many ask about wearing eye masks, but it is important that I'm able to see and monitor eye movements during hypnosis, but rest assured the window shades will be drawn and any lights dimmed during the hypnosis portion of the session.
Each session unfolds uniquely to meet your needs. Release any idea of how it “should” feel. Hypnosis is self-guided, with me as your facilitator. You may feel fully awake, present, and aware, often experiencing vivid imagery similar to a daydream. If you've heard people talk about "mind awake, body asleep," this is what they are talking about. Many clients are amazed by how much they remember—this is normal. The most profound experiences happen when you relax, trust the process, and allow your Higher Self to guide the journey.
Quantum hypnosis is most powerful when there is a natural alignment between the client, the process, and the intention behind the work. After your session is booked, you’ll receive a series of emails to support you every step of the way. One message will come directly from me with clear, detailed guidance on how to prepare, along with a simple checklist to help you feel confident and ready before your appointment.

No prior experience with hypnosis, meditation, or visualization is required. While familiarity with these practices can be helpful, your session is designed to meet you exactly where you are in this space and time. All that’s truly needed is openness and a willingness to engage in the process & trust your Higher Self.
